The Blix Dubbel is a feature-complete utility electric bike with extra large off-road tires! It comes with a sturdy rear rack that can be used for a passenger if you get the pad and pegs, two integrated lights, and steel fenders. Excellent bags, baskets, and child seat options too. Deep step-thru frame is easy to mount and stand over. Adjustable handlebar and seat post offer good fit, but the bike only comes in one size. There are three nice color options, the 8-speed drivetrain is above average, and the hydraulic disc brakes have motor inhibitors. Streamlined smartphone app allows for trip planning with GPS, locking the bike, and adjusting from Class 2 to Class 3 high speed performance. Very powerful hub motor, high resolution pedal assist, trigger throttle on the left, sturdy Wellgo pedals, and two bottle mount locations. The 3.3″ extra-wide tires provide stability, float, and traction. The fork and fenders are steel, so they may rust if scratched. The bike is fairly heavy, and the kickstand hangs down low. Separate keys for the dual battery option, charger is light and compact but kind of slow, bike is very heavy.
